Wonderful picture! How was it made?

I took the original that I posted right before and used an online program that turns photos into "oil paintings". I had to do a bunch of work on the background first in Photoshop to remove "noise", which were mostly food trucks, but once that was done, a straight conversion to oil painting style was quick. To be perfectly honest, I was having trouble keeping the focus due to the subject being darker than the fireworks behind her....and maybe an adult beverage or two contributed.....so I compensated for the bad technical shot by turning it into something else. Desperation is the mother of invention......right????
