Satisfying colors, indeed - especially nice to wake up to on this unusually cold morning here in SE Texas. Thanks, Larry - I needed that.

Thanks, Jer, It was forecast to be 19 degrees here but only made it to 21 degrees here this morning a veritable heat wave! Glad I could contribute to your pleasant morning wakeup. Grab a cup of hot chocolate and savor the morning, My Friend!

This really makes me question why I live where it's currently in the single digits... lol Lovely shot! Not sure what flower that is, but it really stands out against the daisies behind it.

Many thanks, you need to pack it all up and head South! It's going to be a blistering 54 degrees here tomorrow. Thanks for the visit!!

54 sounds nice, though the wife will still be cold. I'd assume I'd be melting in the summer down there while my wife would still probably be complaining about being cold...

LOL.......I'm a bit like your wife I totally hate the cold and at 73 yrs old it seems the older I get the more cold and I don't agree. The summer doesn't bother me as I walk twice a day around noon and around 4 pm everyday!!

Haha, I've been known to occasionally wander about outside in a pair of shorts and sandals through a foot of snow... Though it seems in the past couple of years I've been feeling cold more and more.
