Autumn in Quebec.
Lens: 645 FA 400 mm f/5.6 Camera: Pentax K1 Photo Location: St Leonard, QC ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/160s Aperture: F11

In the fall of 2017, I stumbled on this quiet village scene. Shot with a Pentax K1 and a tripod-mounted 645 FA 400 mm f/5.6 lens with a Pentax adapter. I used an aperture of f/11 and let the K1 determine the correct exposure using the A mode.

Beautiful. I've never been to Quebec, but this reminds me of Rhode Island and Vermont

Thank you, my friends, for your kind words. Indeed, Quebec resembles New England a lot. Part of my family lived in Rhode Island and I visited the area extensively over the years. We share a similar environment, just colder and snowier in winter. They have much nicer beaches on the Atlantic in the summer ... lol!

A beautiful pastoral scene. You should send it the town's Chamber of Commerce.

A good idea. They might be able to use it in promotional materials. When I saw it my first thought was 'I'd love to visit there'.
