Was this a hand-held shot - tripod, monopod, maybe the gear resting on a branch, or fence-top?? For a shot with a 450mm focal length at 1/350s, excellent focus and sharpness.
Somebody should tell that little bird his beautiful (aquamarine? turquoise?) blue clashes with the particular shade of green of that bush. It certainly makes him "pop" out of the photograph, though, as swip said in a post above.
