That's because we took a photography tour. They charge extra for small group of photographers and they manage other "non-photographer" crowd so we can get photos without people in it.
I agree, it was a highlight for me. Worth every cent to do a photographers tour too.

Truly beautiful! As long as I can see daylight I would be fine but I cannot do caves.
