I like the shot but would not like to experience the cold. Here in Durban we start looking for jerseys and coats when the temperature drops below 24 degrees Celsius! Thanks for sharing.

Mostly I was simply playing with the depth, no real practical reason.

It certainly is a world away. It is the comparison of a very old land to a very new land, at least in human memory.

Me too. However, it has been much milder here this year than in Alberta.

This shot brings back fond memories of living in Ohio. I loved to hike in the snow at a local state park. Very peaceful.

The coldest it ever got was -24°F. Not as bad as Alaska, but not an experience I'd care to repeat either.
