There won't be another Avalon Airshow until 2021 unfortunately.

I'll have to get to a flying day at Temora.

Those are great shots, the lighting in that first one in particular is delicious!

It's always amazing to see images like this considering the speed and distance of the target. You're like a sniper, but with a camera.

Thanks! I didn't know why the police insisted that I wasn't allowed to stay on the nearby bridge, at least until I saw how low the Super Hornet passed over it.

Yeah, we've been flying Boeing and Douglas aircraft for a while in Oz. The first DC-3 was flying in Australia in 1937 and Qantas was the first airline outside the USA to put the 707 into service. Being a big island makes flying essential!
