This was the bridge over the Blue Pools in Otago, South Island, New Zealand. Note the product placement - there's a Pentax strap on the K3.

It seems so weird to me that I can see your whole hand that is holding the Theta, except for that little part of your finger...

how long is the bridge? Judging by the size of the person to the left I'd guess around 30m?

Wow, a very cool photo! I never thought about buying a Theta, but it would be a lot of fun to bring on a trip.

Great perspective! Really opens my eyes to the usefulness of a Theta.

I'd guess more like 50 metres long. The way hands get edited can be odd.

Yes! They are the ultimate selfie camera if you're into that (I'm not) and the 360 degree videos are fascinating. I started a thread elsewhere on the forum to encourage people to share their Theta photos.

The camera and software are easy to use. I haven't quite figured out remote control though.

Thanks! I'll add more Theta photos to the post below.

Hopefully I can convince the folks with Thetas to contribute to this thread.

Wow. That's quite a big hand! I'm surprised that we can see your whole hand (with a small distortion) but no trace of the device used to take the shot.

I'd say this is the easiest to remove from every shot, since it's always looking the same and in the same place, if it even gets picked up by the cameras at all.

Good point. The camera itself is completely predictable so removing it could be part of the stitching program.
