Silly hike
Posted By: thomasjmpark, 10-20-2008, 03:21 PM

Hi,
We decided to go for a hike in the hills wearing our dresses again, why? I dont know, it seemed like a good idea at the time. We had much fun though and had many mixed reactions from other hikers. It was freezing at the top of this hill so we had to put our normal gear back on!

Im not in this photo which is probably just as well as the wind kept blowing my dress up around my ears!!

Be careful Tom, how are you going to finance LBA if you're saving up for the reassignment surgery.
You're getting to be like 'Last of the Summer Wine' in drag.

I am wondering how something like this comes about. Was it like this......

(1st guy) Hey man, was is your back ground?

(2nd guy)Scottish!

(1st guy) No kidding, me too!

(2nd guy) We should do something "Scottish"

(1st guy) Yeah like put our kilts on and roam the highlands.

(2nd guy) I don't have a kilt

(1st guy) me either... (Sh*t)

(2nd guy) I'm doing this anyway. I will just use a dress, close enough.

(1st guy) I'm so with you!

(1st guy) I can barely stand up I am so pissed

(2nd guy) I thought we were already up.

several hours later.... (high up on a hilltop)

(1st guy) I've never been so cold, I think my twig and berries have fallen off.

(2nd guy) Who's idea was this anyway, I'm putting some clothes on.

(1st guy) So, ..... same again next year?

(2nd guy) yeah.... but no underwear. I want to go for authenticity, I do have my standards.

Thanks for the laugh. If it doesn't kill ya it can't be all bad.

You're either brave or foolish, I can't decide which.

Maybe a combination.

At any rate, put yer britches on, ya daffy bugger and take some of your trademark landscape panos!

I feel like putting some daft speech bubbles on that photo.

...But it would ruin the sharp, colourful and well composed image!
