According to the heading info, the photo was taken at Pt Pelee NP, Canada. My wife and I migrate up to Pt Pelee every May, but I have to admit that I have never seen an "Ovenbird".

I could not tell one way or another. There was a gentleman that mentioned the name to me and I jotted it down. The only thing I can say with 100% certainty is that it is not a budgie.

I believe this is a Pine Siskin, I got a shot of one and had no clue what was. Just checked that photo and the markings are alike as well as the tiny size.
