Interesting shot. Why the dark figure is so fuzzy?

great noir'ish image! did you made upper part fuzzy in postprocessing? looks nice

Thanks 4 the comment. The sharp hand rail on the left side draws your eye to the dark fuzzy figure & makes you wonder why.

Very well done! I like the selective focus, it creates a very dramatic effect.
