In my opinion, natural window light has a quality rarely equaled by even the biggest softbox, and b&w has a timeless quality I love. Hope you agree.

The light and shadows fall very naturally on the subject to great effect imo.

Nice and soft portrait but dark and it is sad makes the tinsel.I would watch with +1/2 EV.

I think there's a tonal depth with film which has more depth than digital, not a lot, but for some of us it's worth the extra effort. Thanks for your feedback!

A great shot, the general softness all over gives a warm vulnerable feel to the model, but the light and shade seem to balance each other out so it doesn't look too washed out. Well done

The photo construction is superb. A beautiful rendition of a beautiful lady. Perhaps lighten up the dark left side a bit so we can see a bit more of the hair?
