I became a humbug about the same time I became an adult, but my wife always derives great pleasure from decorating our home from top to bottom.

It is possible to go too far. But the first one is great - if you can't get carried away at Christmas, when can you? And the second is good for a laugh.

The first image has great clarity around the detail, which makes it al the better. I could imagine that would make a very frustrating jigsaw, but a great show all the same. Well done.

As for the second, maybe not my sort of thing... but did you flush or flash?

I don't which is worse, that my wife would want such a decoration or that a company would sell such a decoration.

You are right, Christmas is probably the best time of the year to get carried away with enthusiasm and laughter.

Technically, it is a decoration for a toilet seat, but in the end, the difference is piddling.

It is an example of what the DA 70 is capable of (even at f2.4 the glass fairy, the baseball player and Guatemala ornament are all sharp, but the artificial foliage and starbursts from the tree lights are much better at f5.6)

You have no choice but to flash before flushing.

Number two definitely falls into the "Crap Christmas decorations" bracket. Shudders...

I'm just surprised that Santa is peeking instead of actually covering his eyes...
