Great little stone washbasin embedded in a stone wall at an old homestead (Stewart B. McKinney National Wildlife Refuge)

The photo causes me to want to open the spigot to see if it works.

Thank you Both!! I did try it but it did not turn freely and I did not want to break it trying.

Very interesting image. I guess it functions as a bird bath after rain anyway.
