Well, give them some sunshine.

On another note, ours bloomed last summer finally, after my brother removed the killing flower under the plant, pine bark.

Me too. He revived my mom's white rose bush too and now it's blooming when ever it get warm.
My nephew, for some odd reason, thought putting pine bark under all the plants for mulch was a good thing. My brother came and removed all of the pine bark and now flowering plants are starting to bloom again.

Nice light and shadow. Good to see the Frangipani again. Such a beautiful yellow color.
