Arches Nat'l Park is full of mishaps waiting to happen any time ...

That is one very precariously perched, not a place for rock climbing. Well done.

Fallen arches could be a problem. But an interesting shot of a very precariously balanced rock.

Well done, although I would really like to see something reconizable in the photo to give it some perspective. Is the bolder about to fall 3 feet tall, or 30 feet tall? Can't tell from the photo.

Great shot Richard! You have to ask, what shifted it off the center of the low rock? Amazing it didn't go down a long time ago. I saw several eroded rocks that were top-heavy like this near Sedona.

Probably rain that froze into ice and that acted as a lubricant, provoking this slight movement that is taking it close to oblivion ... Nature has all the time in the world and each fallen rock in this Nat'l Park has its own history, I'm sure.
