Doin' the mud bug boogie

A black necked stilt is foraging the mudflats to find snacks .

The contrast and proportions are almost cartoonishly unreal, but nature is often surprising like that. Good on ya for catching it.

Great shot. The reflection is really clear, makes me wish you could've got the full reflection of the stilt.

Excellent shot! I really like your choice of composition to complement the length of the bird. Also the colors of the mud flats are really good.

Compromise is a good excuse but I was using a zoom racked out to 450 mm . Imp, you made sense .

This mudflats gets early morning light so pinks and reds really pop . Thank you kindly !
