Freezing cold in the desert
Lens: Sigma 28-300 Camera: K-3 Photo Location: Golden Valley AZ ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F5.8

It was 29F this morning in the Arizona Desert with a 20 mph wind.

Nice contrast with the snow and the dryness in the valley. Can you straighten the mountains some? they seem to be leaning to the right.

The tripod was level, The line of buildings at the base of the mountains is I40 from Kingman @ 3,300 ft running down towards the Colorado River near Needles @450 ft. It does make the mountains appear to lean though.

Nice scene but the pic seems to be much sharper on the left than on the right. Is there an issue the lens alignment?

Probably me shaking and the wind blowing me and the tripod away. Lucky for me my 73 yr old eyes make it look ok.

One thing just occurred to me, this picture was taken with a Sigma Zoom set all the way out to 300mm. Apparently my K-3 does not recognize this lens and assumed I was using the Pentax kit lens. The big focal length accentuates any camera shaking.
