Landscape fish flags

fish beacons at the habour of Creil sur mer

Nice sea and sky but the fish flags are the subject of the image and their silhouette does not convey enough for me. How are they used?

Very nice compositions. I would make the shadows a bit brighter.

I would agree that it is an interesting scene - but we do not get a good view of the 'fish flags' which are allegedly of interest.
