I would have tried to get more of a side view - less of a rear view - of the photographers, but I have also discovered that other photographers are often interesting subjects of photography themselves.

This IS a classic of how photographers can travel in flocks...I like the guy going low to get his shot between the others...makes you wonder what, if anything, was in or on the door???

Does one dare ask why?

Someone had to do it... so it might as well be me.

I like the shot angle just fine, but I might have cropped out the partial photographer on the right side, as it draws the eye away. Just my $0.02, though! Happy New Year!

THE GREEN DOOR by Jim Lowe 1956
"Midnight one more night without sleeping
Watching 'til that morning comes creeping
Green Door what's that secret your keeping? "

Nice shot

Good thing you didn't allow yourself to be distracted by the door! I quite like the focus on the photographers instead--so reminiscent of the phenomenon of us humans suddenly finding something interesting simply because someone else does!

I envision a tour guide having a chuckle after telling them some wild story about this door

I wonder if this is an annoyance* of paparazzi....massing about, waiting for a celebrity to show suddenly from behind the green door ?

* group of individuals who are similar...ie; murder of crows, school of fish, etc.

Doesn't seem like that much interest in the door and more in how to figuring out their settings on their cameras.

Yeah, true. I think they are not really looking at the door. An interesting capture, nonetheless. Now, if only someone got a shot of you taking a picture of these photographers and posted it here...
