B&W Portrait

Still playing around with some B&W conversions to portraits.

I like it. The narrow DOF works well with this type of slightly grainy B&W. Really makes the eyes "pop".

Very nice. The shot really has the 50's B&W feel where there is almost a hint or suggestion of sepia tone (just enough to warm the image). The soft focus and composition really add to the innocence associated with young children. A real nice shot all round.

You can almost see the mischeif in those eyes.

I really like it as well. Got just a sliver of the right eye in there, and I agree with another poster the narrow DOF and graininess work great.
