Great shot, the composition is nicely balanced and the background sets the context. I would say it could do with being lightened a little to bring out some details but that's just my opinion. Good shot

Nice macro, I get a certain sinister feel from the darkness of the subject along with its dinning habits. Well done.

hi i have very little idea what i am doing in post production but here is a brighter version of the robber fly (I hope)

Thanks, I felt like I went down a rabbit hole with the software and got lost. it looks a bit grainy to me but makes it easier to see more of the robber fly :-)
