After having had my fill of metal shavings, and as I had the bellows set up I had a chance to have a close look at a couple of other objects. This is a common or garden grey feather with the bellows at full stretch and a 2 x teleconverter closest to the lens. I reckon it came about seven or eight times magnification, see what you think

May I ask why closest to the lens? I've found it works best at the camera side.

Thanks for the feedback, Torashi you are correct and the converter was closest to the body but my fingers didn't type what my brain was saying...
