Very nice shot Tony. It has beautiful colors, and it is almost flawless.

Beautiful flower Tony - gorgeous colours!

And a very nice piece of photography. Nice and sharp, and great depth of field with that F11 stop. I am taking an interest in which shots I see on the forum (esp close-ups) are hand-held, vs mono-or tripod: would you mind telling me which this one of yours is?

Yes of course, no problem. With the IS Image Stabilization System in the Canon EF-S lens I was able to attain this level of sharpness without a monopod or tripod. I like the

idea of having less equipment to lug around. Thanks very much for your comments.
