What a great geological feature ! First glance the scale wasn't apparent until I saw the human ants.. thats one big punch bowl! Nice framing Todd.

Thanks Al! I was glad that there was somebody down there when I took the shot. Otherwise there is no way to tell the size of it.

Choice of POV makes a really nice comp. And the people give it the scale that shows just how massive that feature is. It's only a two hour drive from home and I've never been there. We may be heading to Yachats tomorrow for an all you can eat Dungeness crab feast. Just might have to drive a little farther north and check this out.

Very cool! I must agree that it was good fortune to have some humans to add a scale for size comparison.
