the upload to my site kinda killed the detail and quality so look past that :P

That's a nice shot. You should straighten the horizon though and IMO, crop some from the top to get rid of most of those bare twigs and crop from the left up to the tree to get rid of that lamp post.

noted ....... the straightening i didn't really notice so thanks :P bare twigs ya i cropped the top a bit but i could do some more, and the lamp post i'll take out too.... surprised you didn't mention the two cars there

Yeah, but there's nothing you can do about the cars and anyway, they don't affect the composition. The tree, although a major component is not key so it doesn't matter if you crop more of it out. Just my opinions of course. Much in photography is subjective.

Excellent colours and scene. It appears to be slightly under-exposed, but that may just be my monitor here at work.

much thanks for all the kind words :P it's hard for me to get a photo a lot of people agree is good hehe

it does appear a bit underexposed, but i think that's just my upload, i make the quality quite low on my site, full version is much nicer
