Wow, EM, this shot has a truly unusual look - can't come up with the right word, but it's one hell of a shot.

An interesting choice, to photograph a frangipani at this point in its development. It captures a very soft colour and texture of the not yet opened petals, with the petal colour flowing and darkening into the stems. Also the flowering stems seem to be reaching upwards trying to break free of the green leaves. Goodness, flights of fancy!

I'm glad you liked it, I thought the balance between leaves and flowers was just right.
