Crevier Classic Cars

Crevier Classic Cars is adjacent to John Wayne airport. It is both a warehouse and sales location for "classic cars" of all vintages. Open 7 days a week, it is free to visit.


The lobby...


Willys.

A Remington bike, including a rifle.


Richfield gas pump.


Produced in 1930, this Tom Blake-designed 12-ft paddleboard is made from mahogany and brass.


Monark motorcycle, and autographed Surfer Girl photos.

That's for sure! Great series, Kyle - I certainly would like to visit this place, myself. Seems like southern California is blessed with automotive museums. Houston's not an automotive backwater, but it can't compare with your area.

Thanks, guys. So Cal has replaced Detroit as the auto mecca. Big museums are the Petersen in Santa Monica, Mullin in Oxnard, Nethercutt in Sylmar, and NHRA in Pomona. Within 2 miles of John Wayne airport are the Crevier and Marconi museums, and the Lyon air museum at JW airport has a small collection of Russian and Japanese WWII military vehicles and motorcycles w/sidecars, and Steve MxQueen's 1930 Panther, plus Hitler's 6-wheel M-B parade wagon.
