I suspect that with M. Zuiko 40-150mm F2. 8 the result would be better.

Ironically, I just ordered it - I'll find out.

But, most can't get a good still of a blue bird. In this regard the capture out weighs the resolution.

of course, you have done a great job. But 2.8 will give you a speed or low ISO. But the image quality itself will be different. Just don't close any more f\4 unless absolutely necessary.

Agreed and thank you. Shooting at the shutter speed necessary to freeze these guys with fluctuating ambient light is unforgiving.
