That is an excellent shade of red. I can't wait for mine to start blooming, however after a warm, balmy winter, it has been raining for 3 days and temps in the low 40's (Farenheit). I guess it might still be a few weeks before they are in bloom...

Everything here is brown as most of the snow melted during several warm snaps here. Nice to see some color!

Bump for a very good flower image.
Nice use of light.
I'm not much for flower images, but this one is a showcase for , how to.
Gets a like from me.
I used to do flowers too.

And thank you for your comment on the " Built for the hunt" image.

That was a good image of a Dragonfly and I didn't see many here this summer so didn't get to shoot and hence why I shot Mustangs instead
