This was the best result of many attempts to capture one of the shags (I believe) swimming around our boat. Between the boat being tossed in some very choppy waves and the bird also being tossed around, it was probably the most difficult condition I have been in to get an animal in focus.

Thanks Al! I was just trying to keep my balance and not slam my camera into something. We were just inside the narrow entrance into a natural harbor/bay, and the tide was going out as the wind was blowing hard against it. The waves were really close together and 6 feet plus, so it was a roller coaster ride.
