I think this is within a few miles of the three sisters. We saw them as well.

Tens of people perish this way each year in the Grand Canyon, taking pictures or selfies. Always be wary and know where you stand at all times. Nice picture, BTW ... lol!

Nice pix, but geez. Got a kick out of your caption...

I'm a prairie boy with a touch of vertigo and although mountainous areas are beautiful scene wise.....give me the flat plains anytime. If I fall out here, the worst that has happened is I skin my knee. I do think the prairies are beautiful scenic wise too...but instead of a telephoto, a Macro 100mm works well.

I grew up more as a prarie boy as well in the midst of wheat farms and cattle ranches in Central Montana. There would have been a tremendous amount of things to photograph with a 100mm Macro, if only I had a camera
