Quite clearly a lesser spotted Moss Monster (quite rare these days it seems) with one arm raised in attack mode... with his pal right behind him looking over his shoulder.

No need to fear Kerrowdown, that Moss Monster is none other than Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street. If you watch a few episodes i think you will overcome your misplaced visions and nightmares. Hope this helps....
