Cool boat, KD, sunken and all, it's still a good looking boat.

Thank you, to the best of my knowledge it's looked pretty much the same for about thirty odd years now.

Reminds me of a similar craft, beached along the Virginia side of the Potomac River, just South of Alexandria. It was there all the time I was growing up in Alexandria. Eventually, I learned that it had belonged to my great-grandfather, who'd used it to ship bootleg whiskey from the backwoods of Virginia (pretty much where I'm living now) down the Chesapeake to the Atlantic, and North to New York where it was delivered to the gangsters there for sale in "speakeasy" bars. My great-uncle was the Chief of Police, and his job was a lot like Janet Reno's when she was U.S. Attorney for Florida: making sure the right shipments got through, and that the competition was prosecuted for crimes.

Unfortunately, insurance coverage does not include collisions with unproven Scottish Monsters... Lochness Creatures and the like are exempt from causes of damage, false maydays and rescue fees, and unintentional sinking or grounding. Titanic Insurance is always waiting to serve you, call any-time. 1-800-321-Abandon-Ship.

Aye they don't seem to need much of a reason not to pay out apparently.

I'd like to hold one too. Oh, wait, I can't say that; I'm married to a brunette. Don't tell her what I said.
