Sunrise at the Quiraing, Isle of Skye
Lens: Voigtlander 15mm Camera: Leica SL ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 2s Aperture: F16
Posted By: The Madshutter, 05-11-2020, 11:18 AM

Sunrise at the Quiraing, a really enchanted place where trees can even grow horizontally, out of hillsides. An oldie from 2017, this is a 2 seconds long exposure taken on the Isle of Skye in Scotland with my then Leica SL, Voigtlander 15mm Super-Wide Heliar version III and Formatt-Hitech Firecrest filters.

Thank you for viewing, best regards

That is a gorgeous photo!

I've been watching a new Youtube channel Photography Online. They show on-location photo shoots from their base on the Isle of Skye, and I'm starting to develop an urge to visit that photographer's paradise!

Thank you very much Santos, I am glad you enjoyed it! Yes, the Quiraing definitely has a "prehistoric" feel to it!

Best regards,

Vieri
