In b&w mood ...
Lens: A 4/24-50 Camera: K1 Photo Location: Steinhuder Meer

Well, sometimes I am in b&w mood.
This one was shot Sunday evening, 30 minutes before sunset.
Although I like the color version I probably prefer this b&w conversion (both x-posted) ... but then again I am not sure

Normally I would agree with you, as my first love has always been Black & White...

But in the case I prefer the coloured image, cos the tonal qualities and the serene feel that Blue brings to the image.

Thanks! I can see your point and I'm not going to argue with you ...

Both are cool shots, buddy, but I'm going for B&W. I like the texture of the pier and the detail and character of the boats the B&W accentuates.

Thanks my friend! So now it's 1:1 that means there is only one sensible solution ... I have to ask my wife!

Norbert, I can't wait to hear her verdict. Of course, you know I'm a hard-edged, technical type while Kerrowdown is a romantic.

I'll go for the B/W, the colored one is nice but I do prefer the B/W

I'm not sure Lady Kerrowdown would agree with that...

Thanks for your comment, Heinrich!
Now, with your and my wife's vote it is 2:2 (not surprised my wife agrees with the "romantic highlander")
