Great pix. Wonder why the old Bulldozer is sitting...looking like it has been restored...alone on a cement pad ? Do you know the story ?

Interesting... there's a lot of old dozers and skidders in peoples yards around here - but nothing as clean as that...

I really like this shot, and it is a very interesting setting for this dozer. Is it part of a display of other equipment not in view?

Thanks for all of the comments!

This is on display near a big gravel pit/aggregate/concrete site. Given the scale of the site, I'm guessing this cheery dozer isn't quite big enough to be useful. There are a lot of guys around here that will really tune up and repaint old machines and put them on display like this. I bet it still gets put to use once and a while to make sure it still runs.
