B&W Candid with the K20D

I've really had some thoughts of doing more "people photography" than I ever have in the past, so I am going to give it a try. This is a candid of my son "Brian" with nothing fancy in regard to lighting, etc. Built in flash, some ambient light to his right and left from windows. Shot at iso 800 handheld using the K20D and FA77 limited, 1/90th @ f/2. Converted to B&W in Gimp. C&C welcome and appreciated!

Thanks Jimbo. Sometimes I have trouble deciding what looks good in B&W as opposed to color. This one seemed to fit B&W.
