Broken seabed
Posted By: Fries, 05-20-2020, 03:58 PM

At low tide the seabed becomes visible and transform in a kind of salt flats. Add some really nice evening light and a fitting cloud cover and there you have it; a nice landscape begging to be transformed into a photo. At least that is how it feels to me. And I listen to these urges!

Cheers,

Remco

Not a worry about that I check in maybe once a month myself. When It's not a competition, it's far too quiet.
I try at least to be a very consistent 'lurker' but work got in the way of that far too much for my taste. But you are right. Those competitions drum up lots of traffic.

Very nice picture! I love the look of the sky. Very colorful.
Thanks Mikey! With the sun going down the light is creeping under the clouds with this as a result. Evening (and morning) light rocks!

They do. My involvement goes up during a competition only because there are actually comments and I ignore the rumour threads, or try to. Sometimes i drop a stick into the army ant nest though... heh.

Beautiful contrast between the colors in the sky and the "grayness" of the seabed. And those textures...

Thanks! In the summer when there is not a lot of rain the seabed has this dried out look.
