Very nice with webs and all. I like those "thistly things" that you have around your area.

Another lovely shot, Kerrowdown. Maybe it is just me (more than possible! ) but I perceive a commonality of colour ambience to so many of your plant shots, both close-up, and many of your woodland shots. Is it mainly your subject matter, or the lighting at your latitude, or the time at which you have taken many of these shots, or the weather, or a characteristic of the lenses your are using, or is it just me? (I just had a crazy "light-bulb" moment linking this to the colouring of many scottish tartans.) A slight bias towards the darker end of the colour spectrum?
Would love to get your perspective on this
