After the Storm

Another re-worked photo. This one is from our 50th anniversary trip to visit a lot of our western national parks.

This is a beautiful image with fantastic lighting on the rock formations and dramatic clouds. Well done.

Very nice colour and light. It is interesting also when you look at it and realise that the pile of rubble around it is what has crumbled away over thousands of years. It makes me want to go back there - if we are ever able to travel again.

I'm ready for a nice long road trip too. This is the longest we have been at home in years. Being cooped up is awful but I guess things could be worse.

We have only been to Monument Valley once and it is as lovely as John Ford made it.
