Agreed ! Excellent capture and colours.

Though, as it is an introduced pest here, I have to say I hope to never see them alive and when I do I dispatch them asap.

Thanks, but I'm sorry to hear that they are feral where you are. We have feral birds of many kinds; the worst is probably the Indian Mynah. I've seen feral African Ringneck parrots here too. I don't know why people would introduce birds like Mynahs, Rock Pigeons, Sparrows, Blackbirds, or Starlings. There's a lot of stupid introductions in New Zealand too, which in some cases are helping to push native birds into extinction, but the stoats are the main culprit.
