A few real tiny critters

We are still on lock-down but can go for walks in the adjoining park, the park has a couple stands of wood, not very large but home to many birds and other critters. A few days a go I went to see what was there. All the critters in this series are very small, 4 to 6mm, smaller than the average mosquito.

Beautifully executed macro shots, Heinrich! Those antennae are amazing to see.

All these pics are amazing, but I particularly liked the fourth from the top - it shows how well colour-matched the insect is to its environment.

Were these taken using that little snoot-thingo you showed us in another thread?
