I don't think any disrespect was intended, by your feathered friend.

As a very amateur ornithologist, I have done some (very little) research on that bird in the picture and I believe it's known, colloquially as the Moon bird....So it's behaviour appears to be just part of it's normal behaviour.

I could be wrong, though. Maybe it is you.

Les, this may not be a moon bird, but it definitely is a mooning bird. And I was the moonee.
