Sunset with the DA35 macro
Posted By: heatherslightbox, 11-02-2008, 07:09 PM

Yesterday, I had gone into Gainesville to do some shopping and by the time I headed home, I caught sight of these gloriously lit clouds and knew I had to stop the car and take a few snaps with the K200 & DA35. For any of you who are familiar with the area, I was traveling down SR 121 between Gainesville and Williston.

With the time change back to Standard Time this weekend, this will be the time of year where I'll be stopping the car more often to shoot on my way home from work in Gainesville as the sunsets will be just in time with my afternoon commute.

Ooh, pretty clouds Heather. I like the first one best. IMO the horizon looks like it needs straightening in the second one.

Hey Heather,

I have been eying the DA35mm Macro lens with some interest for a few months now. It is nice to see some examples of its abilities as you have posted. Do you have any more examples in general day light conditions. More importantly, do you have any examples from the macro perspective?

Would like to see more examples from you and this lens.

Thanks
Spyglass

First off, thanks for all the good vibes.

Spyglass, since you asked, here are a few more examples of what this lens can do in broad daylight.

My husband...
