Nice pix of a sporting bike.

I recall my BIL had a '79 Suzuki GS 1000. I had a '78 Yamaha SR 500...a big single. We went for a ride one afternoon and switched bikes. I still recall opening the throttle on 1000cc of 4 cylinders on that about 8500 rpm. The acceleration was from another planet compared to my 500 single cylinder.

I can just imagine how this decades newer, much evolved Suzuki R GSX would accelerate. Probably give me the vapors as I'm sure this is capable of Warp Factor 9 !

BTW, I still have my SR 500 and my old British bike...a '67 Matchless 750 (Norton engine) G15 CS. Both very old technology compared to this Suzuki.
