Particular backlighting, but you were able to dose the shadows and lights very well without forcing, the details are readable except for the sun of course.

This Canon superzoom lens (8,8 mm to 220,0 mm) is the most complicated piece of optics I own (22 elements, some ED, some Ultra-low dispersion, Aspherics) and yet it performs wonderfully. It goes from a 35 mm equivalent of 24 mm wide-angle (this image) to a 600 mm telephoto equivalent and even adds a digital 2X zoom function (sampling only part of the image of course) that brings it to a 1200 mm focal length. It doesn't even flare when the sun appears in the picture. A tremendous lens indeed, coupled with a 1 inch sensor.
