Boulder Roch Beach by Fa 43mm ltd f1.9
Posted By: roentarre, 11-05-2008, 03:30 AM

A trip to the prom on the weekend with Joel. He gets to test out his Olympus gear and I get to snap a few shots with Fa 43 ltd

Quite a nice lens to use. Light and reliable.

The place is really beautiful. It was a good drive (Joel steered the wheel and I eat subway).

He is absolutely fascinated with Olympus E1. However, he is coming back to Pentax next year for k30d. I am salivating for Da 55mm f1.4

This is because my own monitor is even crappier than yours I think.

The colour pops when the shot is deliberately underexposed. I found the colour stronger and more saturated.

Some pals are really hanging around the other forum. It is good to be popping in and out as well.

Hi Pete. CPL yes. I found out that various CPL create different kind of look on the same lens for some reasons. Nowadays I stick to Merumi CPL (water proof, ultra thin and 4th layer coating) on most of my limiteds. It works out the best

Outstanding as always. It looks a bit underexposed on my dad's laptop where I am now, but that works great as well!
