Rainbow Lorikeets are a beautifully coloured bird and lovely to see but it could be unfortunate if you happen to have their large flocks roost nearby at night.... they are very noisy!!

Thanks TonyTee. I'm a very infrequent poster here. Need to participate a bit more and it'll take me practice to get things right.. I see that I forgot to put it into the Nature category and now I don't know how to change it.

Fixed it.... lol

Good capture, especially so because you have caught it with its wings spread. Very nice.

Excellent capture! As K2 to K50 said, the wing spread really enhances the image. I photographed some of these birds when I was in Sydney in February. They are fascinating to watch in the wild.
