I picked the dead flowers from the Brugmansia in our garden, and when I wanted to throw them away, I was struck by their beauty. Even after flowering, at time of decaying, their colour is great, as is the structure of the (immense) flowers...

They still have beauty left in them. Nice composition and a great idea.

They remind me of a lovely silk scarf or dress that was found in an old chest in grandmother's attic; still beautiful although no longer suitable for its original purpose.
